A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 27, 2015, the Defendant forged one motor vehicle license plate by inserting the back number plate of the Defendant’s vehicle with a fluor in hand with a fluor’s back number plate in order to hold it impossible to operate his/her vehicle at the horse parking lot located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Gangseo-gu, Busan, for the purpose of uttering. After entering the vehicle number stamped on the back of the Defendant’s vehicle, the Defendant added a fluor number to the fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the public office marks for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. The Defendant of a forged air defense event: (a) carried a forged motor vehicle number plate at the above time and at the above location on the front page of the vehicle owned by the Defendant; and (b) drive the above Poter vehicle, which carried a forged number plate at around the Gyeongyang, Kimhae-si, etc. from May 27, 2016 to the front page of the vehicle owned by the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised a forged air defense.

3. Any person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall be prohibited from forging or forging a motor vehicle registration number plate, etc.;

Nevertheless, the defendant forged the registration number plate as stated in the above paragraph 1, and used the forged motor vehicle registration number plate as stated in the above paragraph 2.
