A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[M] On May 16, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for an injury and a special intimidation at the Daejeon District Court.

[Criminal facts] The defendant is the husband of the victim B (n, 40 years of age), and is the victim C (n, 14 years of age), and is the father of the victim D (n, 8 months of age).

1.
