B On July 2, 2015, a person who was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution in August 2, 2015 by the Cheongju District Court on July 2, 2015 and became final and conclusive on November 20, 2015.

1. At around February 6, 2015, Defendant B: (a) presented the credit card of the said G-owned G to an employee as if he was the Defendant’s card; (b) from that time, Defendant B illegally used the G-owned credit card on nine occasions in total, and obtained a total of KRW 724,500,000 in the market value, as indicated in [Attachment Table No. 12 to 18], from that time until 09:03, the credit card of the said G-owned G-owned G-owned bank was closed at the L music practice place located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (c) obtained financial benefits equivalent to KRW 105,500 in the market value.

4. Defendant A, along with M, is running as if he would pay the value of food to the victim at the “P” point operated by the victim’sO located in the territory of the Cheongju-si on April 4, 2015, around 01:50.
