Reasons
1. Until April 25, 2017, the Plaintiffs indicated in the claim were employed as an employee in the Defendant Company and retired from office. The Defendant did not pay the Plaintiffs wages and retirement allowances as indicated in the order.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiffs 20% interest per annum as provided by the Labor Standards Act from May 10, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is the 14th day after the retirement date of the above amounts and the 14th day after the retirement date.
