1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 7,812,250 as well as 20% per annum from October 15, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2 as a whole, the Plaintiff retired on September 30, 2014 while working as the Defendant’s employee from September 20, 2006, and then retired on September 30, 2014. The Plaintiff’s failure to receive the monthly salary of KRW 1,479,050, the monthly salary of KRW 3,16,600, the monthly salary of KRW 3,16,60, the monthly salary of KRW 7,812,250 from the Defendant.
2. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 7,812,250 won in total and 14 days after the date on which the cause for the payment thereof occurred, with 20% interest per annum as provided by the Labor Standards Act from October 15, 2014 to the date on which full payment is made.
3. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
