A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who violates the Automobile Management Act due to the crime by removing a registration number plate from a motor vehicle shall not be detached, except where he/she obtains permission from the Mayor/Do Governor or where he/she obtains permission from the Mayor/Do Governor and where otherwise provided

Nevertheless, the Defendant removed the number plate attached to the shower vehicle B, and removed it on April 15, 2016 to attach it to the shower vehicle, and at around 15:00 on April 15, 2016, the Defendant arbitrarily detacheded the registration number plate attached to the shower vehicle by using the shower box, without obtaining permission from the competent authority, at the place of business of the company called “E” in Daegu-gun D. D.

2. Around 15:00 on April 15, 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act due to an unlawful use of air defense and a motor vehicle registration number plate, and the Defendant was removed as described in paragraph (1) for the purpose of exercising at the said “E” workplace, and attached the B motor vehicle registration number plate to C strawer and shower vehicles.

As a result, the Defendant used the marks of public offices in a fraudulent way, and used the registration number plate unlawfully.

3. On June 2, 2016, from around 14:30 to 18:00 of the same day, the Defendant used the illegally used air that was operated by connecting the shower vehicle with his hedging vehicle, where the B number plate is attached, from the above “E” workplace to the new port complex located in Gangseo-gu, Busan, from the above “E” workplace to the new port complex in Gangseo-gu.
