A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 30, 2014, at around 17:00, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) was removed for the purpose of exercising two copies of B car number plates, the vehicle number plate of B, which is the vehicle number plate, in Spain cancelled at the Spain, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, 642-2 Hanjin-2, the Export Complex AB, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (b) the Defendant was removed for the purpose of exercising two copies of B car number plates, the vehicle number plate of B, the vehicle number plate of which is the vehicle number plate of which is kept in custody as local tax delinquency; and (c) was illegally used for the purpose

2. The Defendant at an illegal-use air defense event: (a) from May 30, 2014 to June 13:15, 2014, the Defendant arbitrarily operated the rocketing car with the B car registration number plate attached from May 30, 201 to Jun. 9, 2014; and (b) exercised the unlawfully used registration number plate.
