A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2013, the Defendant’s attachment of the registration license plate of Ecoos vehicle owned by the Defendant due to the delinquency in national tax, followed by the attachment of the registration license plate, which was jointly owned by the Defendant and the Defendant’s mother B, was removed from the registration license plate and was attached to the said Ecoos vehicle, and tried to operate it.

1. Around July 20, 2013, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and the Defendant illegally used the registration number plate, which is an air hosp, for the purpose of using the registration number plate illegally and simultaneously with the purpose of using the registration number plate by removing the registration number plate D in the above nasp car volume from the front of the Defendant’s residence located in Asisp. C at Asisp., and attaching it to the above nasp car volume.

2. At around 14:14, July 28, 2013, the Defendant at an illegal-use air defense event: (a) operated a vehicle with a car number plate at his own discretion, such as paragraph (1), on the road front of the 31-18 ambro Madro, Asan-Eup’s seat rearrangement; and (b) exercised the air for unlawful use.
