The defendant is sentenced to ten months of imprisonment.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 13, 2014, the Defendant was driving a car in Icoon in the state of under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.094% without a car driver’s license, from around 23:17, from around 13:17, the Do near the king-dong of Gyeonggi-si to the Haak-dong in the same city to the Do in front of a restaurant located in G in the same city.
2. On November 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) while driving the said car on November 23:17, 2014, the Defendant: (b) was found to have been drunkly driven by K in front of the H restaurant located in G while driving the said car; and (c) was requested by K to present the driver’s license; (d) the Defendant completed the driver’s license for the same student L in the name of the Commissioner of the Gangwon-do Police Agency, which was in possession of the king, presented it to K as his driver’s license.
3. The Defendant: (a) performed a breath test at the time and place specified in paragraph (2); and (b) performed a breath test; and (c) voluntarily performed a breath to the police box of the M Gyeonggi-si Police Station at the
The Defendant signed the “L” at the bottom of the “opportune written consent” and the “Report on Degrative Statement of Degrative Drivers,” which he received from K, and sent it to K as if it was duly formed, and signed the “L” at the bottom of the “Egrative Statement of Degrative Drivers,” which was delivered from K, and sent it to K as if it was duly formed.
The Defendant, for the purpose of exercising as above, forged and exercised one copy of each letter of voluntary written consent to the use of L, which is a private document related to the certification of facts, the report on detection of a host driver, and the report on the statement on the status of a host driver.
4. The Defendant, who signed or counterfeited a private signature, or the use of a false investigation or signature, is located in 513, a yellow class around December 18, 2014, at around 18:20, 513.
