Reasons
Criminal facts
1. On March 1, 2014, at around 11:15, the injured defendant met the victim who was under drinking together with the victim D (the age of 18) in Suwon-si C and 623, a residence of the defendant, and who tried to return home while drinking together with the victim D (the age of 18).
Along to about 28 days of treatment when considering the victim's face as drinking and growth, the victim's face was injured by an injury to the internal safabratization that requires treatment.
2. At around 12:20 on March 1, 2014, the Defendant forged a private document, stating “H” in the name column and the resident registration number column, and signed “H” in the “H” column, while having been investigated into the act under the above paragraph (1) within the F police box located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant respondeded to “H” to whom the police officer sought personal information, and signed the “H” in his/her personal confirmation column presented by G for the purpose of exercising his/her right. In preparing a simple statement, the Defendant forged a letter of summary statement, stating “H” and “I” in his/her name column.
3. The Defendant at the same time and place as above 2 paragraph 2, submitted to G police officers G a document of voluntary consent to commit a forged act, a document of simple statement, and a document of simple statement, which may not be widely known.
4. On March 5, 2014, at around 14:29, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime of injury at the Suwon-nam Police Station No. 1196, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and at the office of criminal two teams, and (b) forged the Defendant’s signature by stating H’s name in the suspect interrogation protocol for the purpose of exercising the investigation after undergoing the investigation.
5. The Defendant, at the same time and place as above 4, issued the protocol of interrogation of a suspect with a forged private signature to police officers J belonging to Suwon-nam Police Station, who is aware of such fact, as above, and exercised it.
