A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a marina business with the trade name of "D" on the first floor of the Mayang-gu, Mayang-gu, Mayang-si.

On May 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) visited the Defendant as the customer at the above establishment around 21:00 on May 25, 2017; (b) informed the police officers belonging to the astronomical Police Station of the 100,000 won, and (c) directed the female employees E to engage in sexual intercourse, and (d) assisted the sexual intercourse by having them go through the said method from the early policeman of 2017 to the point of time.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
