1. Defendant A

(a) The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months;

B. A sum of KRW 1,200,000 shall be collected from the Defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A from the end of August 2015, in the name of "D" with six smugglings from the fourth floor of the building in Ansan-si, the trade name of "D", and upon receiving KRW 1,30,000,000 from customers, A is a person who operates a commercial sex business establishment in the manner of his/her own with the above E and the rest. Defendants conspired, around September 7, 2015, at the same place on September 23:00, the Defendants: (a) provided sexual traffic assistance in the manner that male grandchildren receive 1.30,000 won as the price for sexual traffic; (b) provided guidance to the smuggling inside the said place for sexual traffic; and (c) provided sexual traffic assistance by having them enter the said room for sexual traffic.
