Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant had a mind to steal goods in a large marina store.

1. On November 19, 2015, at around 10:23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) took away the Defendant, with objects of 327,800 won in total, including one macket for male use of the market price of 128,000 won, and one macker for female use of the market price of 19,800 won, which was displayed at that place by taking advantage of the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim D, a person in charge of store management, was neglected; and (b) the Defendant took away the Defendant’s mackner for female use of 19,80

2. On December 3, 2015, the Defendant, at around 11:28, 2015, posted the victim D’s bags located in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, a store management manager, in a cresh of the victim D’s supervision over the store management manager, into a temporary room where the Defendant was carrying one point of the female-use bags equivalent to KRW 19,800, and stolen.

3. On December 29, 2015, at around 15:36, the Defendant: (a) placed a cresh of the victim G, a person in charge of business management, in the eco-te of the F daily necessities in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon; (b) placed one of the market price equivalent to KRW 28,000, which was displayed at that place; and (c) stolen the Defendant, by inserting it into a bank in which the Defendant was placed.

4. On January 7, 2016, at around 14:55, the Defendant: (a) placed 2 B B B B B in a bank where the Defendant was placed and stolen, using the gap in which the surveillance of the victim H, who manages a household electric store from the crodat (other private product event products) box in Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, was neglected; and (b) placed 10,000,000 won in the market price where the Defendant was placed.

5. On February 5, 2016, at around 23:48, F1st floor stores in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, the store management manager, using a gap in which the victim I's surveillance was neglected, put two dyfyings equivalent to 56,00 won in the display stand, and stolen two dyfyings in the market price of the display stand.

6. On February 10, 2016, in the K located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City on February 10, 2013:00, the store manager juice juice juice with a market value of at least 59,000 won using a gap where the surveillance of the victim L is neglected.
