A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 6, 2013, around 18:35, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim E, which is located adjacent to “D” located adjacent to the female-gun C of Gyeonggi-do, through a string door; and (b) had one yellow half-fluort in an amount equivalent to KRW 56,00, the market price of the said victim’s possession, which was caused for a long time, owned by the said victim.

As such, the Defendant invaded the victim’s structure and stolen the victim’s property.

2. On April 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered a galk for the accommodation in the Gamba-gun, Gamba-gun, Gyeonggi-do around 13:00 on April 14, 2013; (b) entered into the gamba-gun, Gamba-gun, which is located in the Gamba-gun, Gamba-gun; and (c) one gamba-type, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 20,000,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 90,000,000, and one gamba-type, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 50,000,00,000, the market price of which is 10,000,000, and 50,505,50,50,50,005,00.

As such, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence and stolen the victim’s property.
