Punishment of the crime

1. On August 18, 2013, at around 02:00, the Defendant opened a door to be opened in the house of the victim D located on the first floor of the Busan Northern-gu building C, and intruded into the inner bank. At the same time, the Defendant owned 5 deposit passbooks, 10 USB, and 100 won deposit notes equivalent to 20,000 won in the market value.
2. On August 18, 2013, around 03:30 on August 18, 2013, the Defendant opened a door to be opened in the house of the victim F located in Busan Northern-gu and intruded into the inner bank. At least 3.5 million won of the market price owned by the victim located adjacent to the bed, the Defendant held one 18KK-mampt amounting to KRW 18,500,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 3,500,000,000 of the market price of the victim’s ownership, and one 18K mickt amounting to KRW 3,00,000,000 of the market price of the victim’s ownership.
3. On August 24, 2013, at around 03:50, the Defendant opened a door opened at the victim H’s house located under the 103 G building in Chang-gu, Chang-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and intrudes into the room.
