Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On February 12, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years to imprisonment with prison labor for ten (10) months at night in the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 20, 2014. On September 25, 2014, the same court sentenced the Defendant to six (6) months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc., but the said judgment was dismissed, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 24, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
The defendant, as a mentally handicapped person, committed the following crimes in a state that he or she lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions:
1. On November 7, 2014, the Defendant intruded into a room located on the inside right side of the set, through the entrance opened by the victim D located in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, and confirmed that the victim was locked, and one identification card, which is the victim’s possession, and one credit card card, was located on the receipt book, and one female brue bomet equivalent to KRW 700,000 in the market value of which contain one credit card.

3.
