A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Night theft;

A. On April 2016, at around 20:30, the Defendant: (a) went in front of “Dda” used by the victim C in Chungcheong City B as a lodging room; (b) intruded into the arms through the opened windows; and (c) carried one shopping bag containing one set of clothes equivalent to KRW 70,000,000, the victim’s possession of KRW 70,000, KRW 170,000, KRW 50,000.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the victim's property.

B. On July 2, 2016, the Defendant used the above victim C and the victim E as accommodation around 22:40.

In the same manner, the victim E, who was suffering from his string, had his own share of 330,00 won in total, 300,000 won in total, 120,000 won in market value, 40,000 won in the market value, 2,000 won in total, 5,000 won in market value, 1,000 won in total, 1,000,000 won in the market value, and 1,44 km in total in market value of 1,80,000 won in the market value of the victim C, which was placed on the room, continuously 1,45,00 won in the market value, 1,000 won in total, 1,000 won in the market value, and 7,000,000 won in the market value.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victims' residence at night and stolen the victims' property.

C. On April 21, 2016, at around 22:30, the Defendant entered the victim G room room 102 in front of the house of the victim G at the Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and intrudes into the entrance door, and gather 10,000 won of the market price, which was the victim’s possession in the entrance, and continued to collect 10,000 won of the market price of the victim’s house, and 10,000 won of the market price of the 15,000 won of the market price, and 8,000 won of the market price, respectively.

Accordingly, the defendant intrudes upon the victim's residence at night, and thereby damages the victim's property.
