A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 21, 2017, around 06:02, the Defendant driven a Bscopon car in the state of alcohol alcohol content of approximately 0.139% from the 100km section to the front of the National Bank of Korea, which was located in the Scopon in Daegu-gun, Daegu-si, Busan-si, to the end of the 409 U.S. National Bank.
