Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The recipient is a person engaged in driving a car Bk3.

On February 8, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.143% during blood alcohol level at around 03:34, and continued to turn to the left from C to C by driving the said car at the intersection in front of the 1-lane south of the Dag-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Daegu-gu, the Seoul Special Self-Governing Province, and turn to the left.

At the time, since it is an intersection where a signal is installed at night, there is a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving safely in accordance with the new code.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to make a left-hand turn in contravention of the signal while under the influence of alcohol and was driven by the victim D, who was going under the direction of the Defendant, in accordance with the signals in the opposite direction of the Defendant, by the negligence of failing to do so, and was driven by the victim D, who was driving in accordance with the signals in the opposite direction of the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of approximately three weeks of treatment due to occupational negligence.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) Defendant 1 driven B 3 automobiles under the influence of alcohol level of approximately 0.143% in a section of about 100km from the roads where it is impossible to identify the address in the city of Gyeongnam-do at the same time as the above paragraph 1 to the roads where it is impossible for Defendant 1 to identify the address in the city of Gyeongnam-do at the same time as the above paragraph 1.

Summary of Evidence
