Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a private taxi in B.

On October 22, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at around 08:00, and tried to turn to the left the right, while driving the said vehicle at around 20:30 km of Si-ri Si-ri, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Incheon Special Metropolitan City, along the two-lane between the two-lanes, the intersection in front of Si-ri, Incheon Special Metropolitan City, Incheon Special Metropolitan City, which is about 973-1, and the two-lanes between the opposite and opposite directions.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall accurately operate the steering system, brakes, and other devices of the motor vehicle, shall not drive the motor vehicle at a speed that may cause any danger and injury to others, depending on the traffic conditions of the road and the structure and performance of the motor vehicle, and has the duty of care to ensure that the person engaged in driving a motor vehicle is well aware of the front-hand signal and safely drive

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to turn to the left at the green straight line before entering the left turn signal, and caused the collision between the victim C(18 S) who is driving in the same direction as the Defendant and the victim C(18 SS) who is driving in the same direction, and the front part of the right side of the Defendant’s vehicle with three parts above the left side.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as minculization of culverization of 8 weeks in need of approximately 8 weeks of treatment due to the above occupational negligence.
