Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2015, at around 21:50, the Defendant driven a cub car volume without the driver’s license, approximately 40 km from the center of the 746 North-gu, Daegu City, the north-gu, the north-gu, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the front road of the Public Security Center of the 746-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
