Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, a website, is a person who works as a DNA in the following car page “C”.

1. From Oct. 2014 to Oct. 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) taken the gar of a female victim’s bridge, the name of which cannot be known, using a mobile phone, from the clothes in the vicinity of the sloping distance in the Southern-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, along with a police officer from Oct. 10, 2014 to his/her police officer; and (b) displayed the photo on the front Kapet bulletin board as “E” in a manner of openly displaying it on Oct. 20, 2014.

2. On May 1, 2015, the Defendant, at the bus stops located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, was displayed openly in the manner of posting the photographed materials on the front page of a female victim’s bridge whose name cannot be known by using a mobile phone at the bus stops located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, against his/her will. On May 11, 2015, the Defendant openly displayed them as “G” by posting them on the front page as “G”.

3. On May 1, 2015, the Defendant taken the surface of a female victim’s bridge, the name of which is unknown using a mobile phone at the health center of Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, against his/her will, and displayed it openly in a manner that up to May 14, 2015, on the bulletin board of the said camera as “J” posts the photograph as the title “J”.

4. On May 3, 2015, the Defendant taken the front side of a female victim’s bridge, the name of which cannot be known using a mobile phone at the above “I” healthcare room against his/her will, and displayed the photograph in a manner that up to 03:54, Aug. 3, 2015, the Defendant displayed it openly in the manner of posting it as K’s title.
