Criminal facts

On July 1, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two months of imprisonment with prison labor for assault at the Seoul Central District Court on July 1, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 31, 2014.

On August 1, 2014, at around 14:57, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with two credit cards owned by the victim E, cash 12,930 won, and one copy of the resident registration certificate, which contain a copy of the market price in the middle-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by taking advantage of the gaps of surveillance that the victim E was locked and neglected; and (b) on August 1, 2014, the Defendant stolen them.
