Punishment of the crime

1. The point of joint larceny with Defendant C who is separately sentenced

A. On March 14, 2013, around 14:00, the Defendants discovered that the victim F was diving in Esari or women’s waters room located in Yasan City, by setting up S2 smartphones on the floor, and, while Defendant C was viewed from the side, Defendant A stolen it with smartphones owned by the victim equivalent to KRW 847,00,000 in the above market price.

B. At around 02:00 on March 23, 2013, the Defendants discovered the key of the clothes (209) set up by the victim G in the bath room located in women’s slope, and used it to steal money and valuables inside the clothes.

During the process of viewing Defendant A’s network with the key to clothes, the Defendants used the key to the above 209 clothes and cut off the 11,000 won of cash owned by the victim G in the clothes room. The Defendants used the key to the clothes and cut off the 100,000 won of the market price.

C. At around 14:00 on March 2013, 2013, the Defendants: (a) discovered beer 3 smartphones posted by the victim H in order to charge electrical contact sets on the wall of the place; and (b) attempted to steal them; and (c) Defendant C considered the network, Defendant C used the victim H-owned smartphone equivalent to KRW 99,000 of the above market price and stolen it.

On March 25, 2013, at around 07:00, the Defendants discovered the key of the victim I’s clothes (139) located on the part of the victim I, who was divingd at the above 07:00, and used it to steal money and valuables inside the clothes.

The Defendants, using a cresh in which the victim was locked by surveillance, have the key to the clothes above, and Defendant C, while viewing Defendant A’s net, use the said key, followed up 139 clothes funerals, and then the victim I holding the clothes amounting to 693,00 won at the market price.
