A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 14:00 to 15:00 on June 22, 2013, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim’s chests against his/her will, while raising one croccos prepared in advance within the CM7 car owned by the Defendant, and raising it to the victim D (the age of 45).

By doing so, the Defendant taken the chests, etc., which could cause a sense of sexual humiliation of the victim over 12 times in total, such as the list of crimes, from that time to October 12, 2014, by the aforementioned method, against his/her will.

2. An attempted violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc.”) and a violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (influoration of public places) were taken by the Defendant on November 2, 2014 at public toilets of the F cafeteria E located in Asia-si from around 11:40 to 14:20, in a public toilet of the second cafeteria located in Asia-si, Asan-si, the Defendant, who installed and taken a croccoer prepared in advance to take a crocf using the toilet in front of the said victim’s use of the toilet, but was attempted to put the crocco in the said crocco

As a result, the Defendant invaded on public toilets for the purpose of meeting his own sexual desire, and tried to photograph her boom, etc., which may cause sexual humiliation of the victim, but was attempted to do so.

3. On September 27, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Influence of public places) installed a camping cam in a restaurant, female toilet, as defined in paragraph (2), between around 14:0 and around 15:00, and between around 14:00 and 15:00 on October 12, 2014, and infringed upon the victim’s cam to take a cam for the purpose of using the toilet.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on public toilets more than twice in total for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.
