Reasons
Criminal facts
On May 30, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Changwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 29, 2015.
1. A theft Defendant: (a) around 06:0 on March 22, 2018, at the victim D’s residence located in Changwon-si Member C, Changwon-si; (b) had 250,000 won in cash, which was contained in the victim’s wall where the victim was living together with the victim, and stolen the victim’s house.
2. On March 9, 2016, at night, the Defendant: (a) opened a closed door in G cafeteria operated by the victim F, the members E of Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) intruded into the said cafeteria; and (c) cut and stolen a swine machine equivalent to KRW 20,000,000, which was the victim’s possession in the said cafeteria, from that time until April 21, 2018, until around 00:50, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 2,435,000, in total on eight occasions, as listed in the attached Table 1 of the Crimes Sovereign.
3. A special larceny: (a) around 02:00 on April 6, 2018, the Defendant: (b) destroyed the correction device by making it clear to the victim I of the J restaurant run in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (c) invaded into the said restaurant and chilling the victim’s ownership, which was in the air conditioners, into the said restaurant; and (d) stolen the victim’s cash amounting to KRW 1:34,000 from that time until April 18, 2018; and (c) stolen the property amounting to KRW 1,934,000 on a total nine occasions until April 18, 2018.
4. On April 18, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving a motor system, driving a N125cc-owned M, which was stolen from approximately 1km section to the front road of the mountain basin located in the Chang-si, Masan-si, the Changwon-si, the members of the Changwon-si, in front of the L cafeteria located in K on April 18, 2018.
