Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At night, at around 02:00 on June 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stolen property equivalent to KRW 2,392,00,00 in total at the market price from seven victims of crimes, including the following seven times until December 18, 2017: (b) the Defendant: (c) opened a string door in which the victim was divingd; and (d) intruded into a string door, where the victim was divingd; and (d) cut off a handbag in cash amounting to KRW 100,000,000 in the market price of the victim’s possession; and (d) subsequently, stolen property equivalent to KRW 2,392,00 in total,00,00 in the market price from July to December 18, 2017.
2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;
A. At around 02:00 on December 20, 2017, the Defendant, at “OOOH shop” operated by the victim F (F (F. 53 years old) in Changwon-si E, Changwon-si, the Defendant: (a) invaded upon the said shop through the entrance of a store where the victim does not leave the room; and (b) stolen the mixture coffee equivalent to KRW 17,000 at the market price, which is the victim’s ownership.
B. On November 201, 2017, the Defendant 2:00 marbed 2 mar and kimchi in the market price, the victim H (W, 55 years old) located in Changwon-si G, Changwon-si, which was operated by the Defendant, into the “OOOOOOO” restaurant of “OOOOOOOO”, in which the victim spawds down through the rear door of the store where the victim spawds the gap that the victim left.
Ethical theft took place.
3.
