A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for habitual night structures, larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in Gwangju prison on March 31, 2017.

On March 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on March 20, 2018, at around 02:18, the Defendant: (b) opened a window that is not corrected by the entrance of the “E” in front of the “E” operated by the victim D in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; and (c) invaded into the said restaurant and stolen the cash (formere) holding 30,000 won, which was owned by the victim and was in a simple credit cooperative located in the said seat; and (d) stolen the property of KRW 630,000,000 in total on three occasions during the period from around that time to March 25, 2018, such as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form.

On March 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on March 22, 2018, at around 03:15, the victim G in the window F in Changwon-si, opened a window with no correction of the entrance of the place; (b) invaded into the said restaurant and stolen cash worth of KRW 100,000,000, which was owned by the victim and was placed in the left display stand; and (c) stolen property worth KRW 630,000,000 in total on six occasions, such as the daily list of crimes (2) in attached Form 1, from around that time to March 28, 2018.

1. On March 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 22:54, the Defendant: (b) opened a window that was not corrected in front of the “K” restaurant operated by the Victim J in Kimcheon-si; and (c) intruded into the said restaurant with a cash of KRW 200,00,000, which was the victim’s possession, and stolen, from around that time to April 2, 2018, the Defendant stolen the total amount of KRW 1,426,000,000, every eight times in total, including the day of the following crime list (3).

2. On March 30, 2018, the Defendant who attempted to larceny a structure at night, opened an entrance in front of a restaurant operated by the injured party M of L in Gyeongsan on or around March 30, 2018, and intruded into the entrance.
