A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 403"

1. On March 30, 2018, at around 03:12, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim D’s car parked at the underground parking lot of the Magpo-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) opened the back door of the vehicle with a deadly weapon prepared in advance; (c) opened the back door of the vehicle with a 4,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim and was stored in the vehicle; and (d) committed theft with a 4,00 won in cash, which is owned by the victim, from around 03:10 to April 9, 2018.

2. From March 30, 2018 to April 03:31, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered a cub vehicle in G parked at the underground parking lot of the Manpo-gu Mapo-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) opened the door of the unlocked vehicle; and (c) brought about KRW 5,000,000, cash owned by the victim at the vehicle; and (d) stolen the victim’s property from March 30, 2018 to April 21, 2018, the Defendant stolen or attempted the victim’s property at least seven times in total, as indicated in Appendix II, from around 03:18 to April 21, 2018.

1. On March 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered an I vehicle parked at the underground parking lot of the building C in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) opened an unlocked steering house; and (c) brought the victim’s cash amounting to KRW 5,000, and tobacco amounting to KRW 27,000 at the market price, which were owned by the victim; and (d) cut off on March 25, 2018. On March 25, 2018, the Defendant who was attempted to larceny, was parked at the victim’s JJ in the parking lot of the building C in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; and (c) opened the door on the wind, but did not intend to commit it from that time on the wind.
