A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a foreigner of Vietnam's nationality, and is a seafarer of the offshore gymn fishing vessel B (89 tons) of the coastal gymnasium.

Around 13:00 on November 19, 2020, the Defendant: (a) was doing so with the victim C ( South, 48 years of age, China) at the stern deck on the sea of 5 nautical miles in the south; (b) while bullying the Defendant, without good cause, tried to see the Defendant’s face “nurbine” (4 meters of 4 meters of chilling the end) without any justifiable reason; (c) the victim was able to kill the Defendant’s chest in both hands; and (d) the victim was able to kill the Defendant’s chest in a timely manner; and (d) the victim was able to take 4 meters of knife and knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knif.
