The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
When the defendant was employed in the United States and became aware that he could not be issued a U.S. visa in a normal way, he conspired with the person who is the broker of the issuance of the U.S. visa to forge the documents necessary for the issuance of the U.S. visa and to use them for the issuance of the U.S. visa.
1. On January 7, 2005, the Defendant forged public document documents to the above U.S. visa issuance broker around the end of Gwangju Metropolitan bus terminal via a copy of the Defendant’s passport, a copy of resident registration, a photo, a copy of the passport, and a copy of family register. The above U.S. visa issuer broker from the above date and time to March 7, 2005, in the issue number column “3861” and the trade name column “B”, in the business registration number column “C”, in the name column, “A”, in the resident registration number column, “D”, in the resident registration number column, “201/2/5”, in the name of “201/2/14”, in the column of the business registration date, “201/201/204”, and in the column of “200,” the name and address of “40/20,” and each column of “40/20,000”, in the column of business registration number 2.
2. At around 10:00 on March 8, 2005, the Defendant’s uttering of forged official document is an employee of the U.S. Embassy’s office in the Republic of Korea in Jongno-gu Seoul, as described in paragraph (1) above.
