Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant: (a) recruited applicants for the issuance of U.S. visa, such as B, C, and D, in a normal way due to lack of certain occupation or property in the U.S. and then forged documents necessary for the issuance of visa to arrange for the issuance of visa; and (b) performed activities with a fluor by forging documents necessary for the issuance of visa to applicants for the issuance of visa to the U.S. visa who are unable to obtain U.S. visa in a normal way due to lack of certain occupation or property; and (c) by forging documents for the issuance of visa to those who live as illegal aliens in the U.S. and forging the identification card of passport, etc. to those who live as illegal aliens in the U.S.
1. In November 201, the Defendant: (a) requested the issuance of a U.S. study visa from B to a U.S. study visa; (b) upon being aware of the forgery of the private document by the Defendant, B and B; and (c) the Defendant, while being aware of the forgery of the documents necessary for the issuance of the visa, requested the “G” to issue the visa.
During the period from November 201 to December 13, 2011, one name “G” entered “B” in the name column of H certificate, “B” in the name column of the building I in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, “K” in the resident registration number column, “K” in the affiliated column, “(g) H” in the position column, and “B” in the service column, and “B” in the service period column, and then forged one copy of the certificate of employment by affixing the official seal of the Chairperson’s two types, and then transmitting it to B by international mail.
