Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

B received KRW 8 million in return for the entry into Korea through a disguised marriage by Vietnamese C on August 2009.

B introduced D to recruit men who are to engage in disguised marriage with Vietnamese women, and suggested D to give one million won in return for the introduction, and received the defendant from D who consented thereto, and the defendant conspiredd with B to receive five million won in return for false invitation through disguised marriage with C.

1. Around December 14, 2009, the Defendant, B, and D entered false facts in the “Personal Petition Office of In Incheon Bupyeong-gu Office” located in 168, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, on the following grounds: (a) the Defendant and C did not intend to marry as a petitioner for the foregoing reason; (b) prepared a marriage report with the content of actual marriage; and (c) submitted the relevant documents to the public official in charge; and (d) submitted them to enter false facts in the “Personal Record Information System”.

Accordingly, in collusion with B, D, and C, the Defendant made a false report to the public official to enter false facts in the public electronic record.

2. The Defendant, B, and D filed a false report of marriage at the above date, time, and place, and stored and operated it in the family register information system.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, D, and C, entered false facts in public electronic records and exercised them.

3. No person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall apply for a false visa or a visa issuance certificate, or assist the act to allow any foreigner to enter the Republic of Korea;

Nevertheless, around April 27, 2010, the Defendant and B and D submitted a false report of marriage, etc. to the Embassy of Vietnam for the purpose of entering C, thereby inviting C to enter the Republic of Korea on June 10, 2010 (the date of issuance: May 25, 2010).
