[Criminal Power] On February 8, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon Western District Court on September 18, 2001; 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for attempted larceny at the Seoul Western District Court on July 30, 2002; 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court on April 9, 2003; 1 year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul Central District Court on November 11, 2004; 1 year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul Northern District Court on May 9, 2006; 1 year and six years from the Seoul Central District Court on March 21, 2008 to 19.

【Criminal Facts】

The defendant habitually lacks the ability to distinguish things or make decisions due to the delay of Grade II intellectual disability;

1. On July 21, 2013, at around 05:00, a door that was parked in the front line of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, opened a door that was not corrected for Category D truck, and opened the said truck with four 500 won street for the victim E, 41, 100 won street for 41, 50 won street for 50 won, 37 won street for 10 won, 6,720 won in cash for the total of 6,720 won in cash, tobacco 1, and 50 won street for 10 won; and

2. At around 05:00 on the same day, a door that is parked in the front side of the Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, is opened and the above truck is opened, five 500 won street, ten 10 won street, five 50 won street, one hundred 50 won street, and four 50 won street.
