Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On January 8, 199, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months with prison labor for special larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on May 14, 2004; imprisonment with prison labor for 8 months in the same court on October 2005; imprisonment with prison labor for 1 year and 6 months in the Seoul East District Court on September 7, 2006; imprisonment with prison labor for 2 years in the same crime at the Seoul Northern District Court on May 8, 2008; and on December 23, 2010, with three years in prison for the same crime on August 4, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

1. At around 02:00 on February 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in the victim C’s parking lot located in the 162-ro, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, which was parked there; (b) opened a door that was not corrected for the victim C’s motor vehicle of soflurt-turd vehicle; and (c) cut off fifteen (15) the said victim’s right of KRW 100,000, the said victim’s ownership.

2. On February 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on February 20, 2014, the victim E opened a door that was parked in the parking lot near the Fluent Housing in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, without correction of cargo vehicles; (b) entered the vehicle into the vehicle; (c) KRW 1 A tobacco amounting to KRW 2,500 of the market price, which is the above victim’s possession, and 100 of the 100 won car.

3. At around 03:00 on March 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu I did not correct the victim HJM7 car; (b) opened into the next door; (c) resulting in the theft of five 100 won (100 won), the said victim’s ownership.

4. On March 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00 on March 5, 2014, was parked in a parking lot near the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Lactbook; (b) the Defendant was a victim K MO car.
