Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On January 8, 199, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Seoul Central District Court, 2 years of imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months, 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (Larceny) at the Seoul Northern District Court on May 14, 2004, 8 months in the same court on October 2005; 1 year and 6 months in the Seoul East East District Court on September 7, 2006; 2 years in the Seoul Northern District Court on May 8, 2008; 3 years in imprisonment with prison labor for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court on May 23, 2010; and completed the execution of the sentence at the Jeju Prison on August 4, 2013.
【Criminal Facts】
1. At around 02:00 on February 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in the victim C’s parking lot located in the 162-ro, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, which was parked there; (b) opened a door that was not corrected for the victim C’s Doropo-pur car; and (c) cut off 15 (15) the victim’s ownership, which is the victim’s right of 10 won, located in the street.
2. On February 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on February 20, 2014, the victim E opened a door that was parked in the parking lot near the Flue House in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, without correction of cargo cars; (b) entered the door, and cut off 1 A tobacco amounting to KRW 2,500 and 10 per 10 per annum, which is the market price owned by the victim, located in the first chair.
3. At around 03:00 on March 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the frontway of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, for the victim H’s JSM (SM) did not correct 7 automobiles; and (b) cut off five (100) 10 won chipto, the victim’s ownership.
