A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim C(31 years of age, women) and the legal spouse who reported marriage on November 7, 2012.

1. On September 11, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on September 11, 2012, on September 14:15, 2012, on the ground that the Defendant and the victim’s house located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk apartment 214 dong 104 and 104 wished the victim as soon as her friendly family, and (b) assaulted the victim, i.e., “sick and Chewing years” on the wall of the victim, she pushed the victim’s body toward the wall, embling the victim’s body with her hair’s head, and her chests at least once.

2. On March 15, 2013, the Defendant, at around 22:00 on March 15, 2013, 2013, attempted to go out for gambling with friendlys at the same place as that of the above Paragraph 1, but committed assault against the victim who was pregnant in excess of the upper floor of the pushed-down.

3. On August 22, 2013, at around 09:00 on August 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim, as he would see, at the same place as the above paragraph 1, that the victim raised an appearance to the Defendant who was aware of the name of the wife; (b) threatened the victim’s face, and threatened the victim with the wind gate in the ward, which had been living in the ward.

4. On September 21, 2013, the Defendant, at around 09:0 on September 21, 2013, 2013, committed assaulting the victim’s head 10 times by exceeding the mother used by the Defendant, who was out of her mother used by the Defendant, in performing her bath, such as “Chewing years” on the ground that the victim, who was 2 weeks after having given birth at the same place as the above Paragraph 1, did not brea the victim’s boom and did not perform his/her work.

5. On November 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 10:00 on November 17, 2013, at the same place as the above paragraph (1) and (b) 1, 2013, she saw the Defendant as “Chewing year”; (b) she saw the Defendant that he did not enter the Defendant’s marriage; and (c) she saw the victim’s face and head on drinking six occasions, the Defendant damaged the victim’s head’s diversity that requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
