Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, one day shall be 10.

Punishment of the crime

On January 10, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the purpose of obstruction of performance of official duties at the Ulsan District Court, which became final and conclusive on January 18, 2019.

The defendant is the husband of the victim B(n, 65 years of age), and is the husband of the victim C(n, 38 years of age).

1. Lineal violence:

A. On April 10, 2018, around 18:00, the Defendant took a bath on the ground that the victim B, who was a mother, frighter, frighter in the building of the Dong-gu Busan, and the building of the Dong-gu, Busan, and the building of the breath in E, frighted the victim’s chest, and frighted the victim into the floor by hand.

2. Violence;

A. On May 12, 2018, the Defendant returned home at the same place as 19:00 on May 12, 2018, and took a bath to the victim C, and used the victim C to “annoyededly, annoyeder, year, year, house, and death of the victim,” and used the victim’s hand floor at a time when the victim’s head can be recovered.”
