A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who was living together with the victim C (nivers, D) from August 2012 to September 2014, assaulted the victim over several occasions during that period as follows.

1. On February 6, 2013, the Defendant, at around 21:00 on February 6, 2013, 2013, committed assault against the victim’s body by taking about five times the victim’s face by putting the victim’s head debt with his/her hand and drinking around 10 times, while taking the Defendant’s body at the restaurant of “F” in the name of “F” operated by the victim in E at racing for female problems.

2. On March 2013, the Defendant assaulted the Victim’s face three times, and five times the victim’s shoulder and arms on the ground that the victim neglected his/her own telephone at the above restaurant at around 20:00 on the last day of March 2013.

3. On December 2013, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim on the ground that the victim did not hear his/her horse in the above restaurant at around 23:00 on the first and last day of December 2013, on the ground that the victim did not hear his/her horse, and in his/her hand, assaulted the victim by taking three times the victim’s face with his/her hand, breaking the victim’s head collection, and taking three times the victim’s body by drinking.

4. On January 201, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s body in the middle of 22:30 on the last day of January 2014, on the ground that the victim was not subject to his/her own telephone at the above restaurant, and assaulted the victim’s body by putting the victim’s head debt knife and drinking.

5. On March 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00 on March 201, 201, on the date of the lower order, and around 22:00 on March 2014, on the ground that, at the above restaurant, the Defendant was in charge of other women’s lives living together with the victim; (b) the victim did not receive the apology.
