[Criminal Power] On June 18, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of bodily injury resulting from rape at the Seoul Eastern District Court and completed the execution of the sentence on October 15, 201.

[2013 Highest 2008]

1. On June 5, 2013, from around 05:00 to 08:00 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the business, i.e., “E” restaurant operated by the victim D (here, 45 years of age) on the first floor in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and without any reason, interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by providing a male customer with “spokeing snow in a spoke,” and without any reason, to “spokeing spoke,” thereby threateninging the victim’s restaurant business by force.

2. The Defendant ordered one and two soldiers per week if the said victim was placed at the same time, time, and place as set forth in paragraph 1.

However, there was no intention or ability to pay 9,000 won of the above food value.

The Defendant, as such, was informed of the victim by deceiving the victim, and received from the victim one and two soldiers a week.

3. Around 20:00 on June 18, 2013, the Defendant, who was living in Songpa-gu Seoul, went into the house of the victim H (n, 80 years of age) located in Songpa-gu Seoul, and went into the house through the entrance door, which was opened without any justifiable reason, and invaded upon the victim’s residence.

4. The Defendant assaulted the victim’s face at one time on the ground that the victim I (53 years of age) residing in the next house was out of the police and reported to the police by intrusion upon H’s residence at the time, at the same time, and at the same place as referred to in paragraph 3, as seen above.
