A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is an unqualified person to handle narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On May 12, 2017, at around 00:53, the Defendant purchased a local mental medicine by collecting 1g of merpter (hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) from the D convenience store located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by depositing KRW 750,000 in a new bank account (Account Number E) known by a philoper seller, and collecting 1g of merpter (hereinafter referred to as “philopon”).

B. On May 12, 2017, around 02:0, the Defendant administered 02:0 by mixing 0.3g of philopon with water in a philopon in the Genecar near Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Subdivision G basin.

On May 2017, the Defendant administered philophones in the same manner as the above B in the Defendant’s residence located in the 609-dong 1206-dong, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.

(d)

On May 2017, the Defendant administered philophones in the same manner at the same place as the above paragraph (c), around 01:00.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On May 1, 2017, the Defendant deposited 130,000 won into an inorganic account known by a hemp seller in the new bank ATM in the vicinity of the G Station in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and purchased marijuana by means of collecting 1g of marijuana between the seller and the seller in a single-story electricity terminal of the first floor in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

B. On May 2017, the Defendant, at around 02:00, smoked from tobacco in a park located in Sungnam-si I, Sungnam-si, as a way to reduce the tobacco plant, put the tobacco plant into 0.1g, put it into a bub, put it into a bub, and smoked marijuana in a way to complete the smoke.

On May 2017, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the same manner at the same place as the above-mentioned B around 01:00.

On July 2017, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the same manner as that of the above-mentioned B at around 01:00.
