A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "2014, 370" shall dump or smoke marijuana.

1. Cannabis; and

A. On July 1, 2014, at around 16:00 to 18:00, the Defendant visited the Internet language to purchase marijuana at the Defendant’s residence in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, and discovered “D”, the e-mail address of the seller of marijuana in his name in the search box, discovered the e-mail address of the seller of marijuana in the image, sent a note to the above e-mail date, and then sent the price for marijuana to a bank account (E’s national bank account) known by the seller of marijuana after several hours, sent KRW 3.2 million to order the purchase of marijuana. On July 2014, 2014, the Defendant entered approximately 35g of marijuana, concealed as an international registered mail in the United States, and arrived at the Incheon Western International Airport located in Seo-gu, Incheon.

B. On August 25, 2014, at around 15:00 to 16:00, the Defendant sent a note to the Defendant’s residence to the effect that he/she wishes to purchase marijuana by e-mail, and then sent the purchase price of marijuana to an enterprise bank account (National BankF) known by the seller of the hemp in his/her name to the company bank account (Korean National BankF). On August 28, 2014, the Defendant ordered the Defendant to import marijuana by sending approximately KRW 82.51g of marijuana, which was sent by the seller of the hemp in his/her name in New York, to the international registered mail, around 15:00, U.S. on September 15, 2014.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On August 14, 2014, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) laid about about 1g of marijuana in the residence of the above Defendant; (b) attached a fire, and smoked in such a way as to inhale the gases generated at that time through the rapid counter of the sick.

B. On August 22, 2014, around 22:00, the Defendant smoked approximately 1g of marijuana in the above Defendant’s residence.

C. On August 23, 2014, the Defendant’s ranked around 23:00.
