A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 4, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (including intrusiond by multiple-use public use places) committed on female toilets more than 11 occasions in total from October 4, 2019 to December 8, 2019, including intrusiond by women using such places in the second floor of Daegu Suwon-gu B building in order to take a lusium in which women using such places look at a lusium.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on women's toilets, which are public use places, to satisfy his own sexual desire.

2. Around October 4, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes”) went into a two-round 13:15, and went into a two-round square, the Defendant taken a video image of Samsung Galthal ju City (SM-G970N) mobile phone camera owned by the Defendant who entered the two floors of the above B building, and then taken the image of the said victim’s body parts against his/her will, as described in the separate crime list (2) from October 4, 2019 to December 8, 2019.

As a result, the defendant took photographs against the will of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using the camera or other similar devices.

1. Relevant provisions of the Acts and subordinate statutes concerning the facts constituting the crime and the old sexual crime selection of punishment;
