A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts
The Defendant is a person who is part-time in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul and the first underground floor “C”.
The Defendant, with the aim of meeting his own sexual desire, set up a camera in the above "C" female toilets to have the appearance of viewing women's booms.
1. Around August 22, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (entry in open space for sexual purpose) entered the above "C" female toilets, and installed the Defendant's mobile phone equipment on the ceiling, from that time to August 28, 2019, in order to photograph the figures of women who are expected to be melted, using a video screen, by drilling the mouths of the Defendant who performed the function of dynamic image above them, and installing the Defendant's mobile phone equipment on the ceiling of the river.
Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on women's toilets, which are public use places used by many unspecified persons for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.
2. Around August 15, 2019, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “C”), taken video pictures showing that female victims were able to have a meltion by installing a mobile phone device on a tent in the aforesaid female toilet on August 22 and 14, 2019, including taking video pictures of a crypted female who suffered a white cryp, from around 17 times from that time until August 23, 2019, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes List (2).
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of a person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.
