A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant, who is not a narcotics handler, shall not handle psychotropic drugs, such as Mesophopopon (hereinafter referred to as 'coponphone', hereinafter referred to as 'copon").

[Sale of Handphones]

1. On July 22, 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.15g of philophones contained in E in a one-time injection device from the street in front of the D Hospital located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, at KRW 100,000.

2. At around 22:00 on August 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.15g gramphones contained in the one-time injection machine from E in the foregoing place at KRW 1.50 million.

3. On September 1, 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.15g gramphones contained in the one-time injection machine from E in the foregoing place at KRW 1.30,00.

4. On October 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.15g 20,000,000 from E, in front of Gmophones located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F. Gmophones in the one-time injection period.

5. On November 201, 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.15g of philopon in front of a D Hospital located in the C History of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from E in the street of KRW 1.50,000.

6. On December 1, 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.15g of philophones contained in the part of the H building in front of the building in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for a single-use H at KRW 1.50,00.

7. On January 1, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.15g 20,000,000 from E in front of the D Hospital located in the C History distance in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for a single-use clock, from E.m.

8. On February 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.15g of philophones contained in E in a single-use injection device from the street in front of the foregoing D Hospital at around 20:00,000.

9. On March 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.15g of philophones contained in E in a one-time injection period from Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu I at around KRW 20:00.

10. On April 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00, the 200,000 gramphones contained in E in a single-use in the first-use injection period from E in the vicinity of the said I.
