A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

680,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On November 16, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for two years and six months at the Seoul Eastern District Court on the charge of forging official documents and completed the execution of the sentence on December 6, 2012.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On November 201, 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.4g of approximately 200,000 grams of psychotropic drugs, which are narcotics contained in the disposable injection machine C, from Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B 1402, for up to 200,000 won.

8. On January 21, 2015, the Defendant received approximately 0.15g of philophonephones contained in vinyl B 1402 from Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, without compensation.
