A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

960,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant did not deal with the psychotropic drugs, which are not narcotics authorized to handle, the Defendant dealt with the following philophones: (a) the psychotropic drugs, which are narcotics; (b) no person handling narcotics; and (c) the philophones; (d) the Defendant dealt with them:

1. On November 201, 2014, around 20:00, the Defendant received approximately 0.4 grams of philophonephones contained in the disposable injection machine from E from Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D building 1402.

2. At around 23:00 of the above day, the Defendant inserted approximately 0.05g philopon into a one-time injection machine at the dwelling of the Defendant, Seongbuk-gu Seoul, 106dong 1601, and melted it with water, and administered it by means of injection into his left upper part of the gun.

3. On December 2014, the Defendant received approximately 0.4g of philophones contained in E in a single-use d building D, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at around 20:00, from E without compensation.

4. At around 23:00 on the same day as the above paragraph 3 above, the Defendant put about about 0.05g philopon into a one-time injection machine in the Defendant’s residence, melted water into the water, and administered it by means of injection into the blood bars left to the left.

5. On January 23, 2015, at around 23:00, the Defendant received approximately 0.4 grams of philophonephones contained in E in a single-use injection machine from Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D building 1402.

6. At around 24:00 on the same day as the above paragraph 5 above, the Defendant put about about 0.05g oponon into a disposable injection machine at the Defendant’s residence, melted the water into the water, and administered it by means of injection into the blood bars left on the left.

7. On February 1, 2015, the Defendant received approximately 0.4 grams of philophonephones contained in the disposable injection machine from E from the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building 1402 at around 05:00.

8. At around 07:00 on the same day as the above paragraph 7 above, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05 grams into a one-time injection machine at the Defendant’s residence, melting the water into the water, and administered them by means of injection into the blood bars left to the left.
