A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 1 to 3 and 10 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On October 14, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months with imprisonment for special larceny, etc., in an assistance in Ansan branch of Suwon branch of Suwon branch of the Republic of Korea on October 14, 2016. On January 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months, for intrusion into a structure at night, larceny, etc., and on January 27, 2017, and the said sentence became final and conclusive on January 27, 2017, and the execution of C was terminated on May 12, 2018.

The defendant, at the night, has neglected the management of commercial buildings or churches, enter the commercial church as well as his/her office, etc. in order to steal the property kept in the commercial church.

1. On August 13, 2018, the Defendant was in front of “F cafeteria” operated by the victim E located in Ansan-si, Seoul-si, Seoul-si. Around 02:25 on August 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the locks corrected by using the batteries located in his possession; (b) destroyed them; and (c) removed 3,000 won in total, including 1,000 won, which is owned by the victim and owned by the victim inside the restaurant, and c,00 won.

In addition, from July 23, 2018 to August 23, 2018, the Defendant invadedd a structure managed by the victims at night three times in total, as shown in attached Table 2, from around July 23, 2018 to August 23, 2018, and stolen property equivalent to KRW 1,210,50 in total.

3. The Defendant is a thief.
