A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On June 12, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months from the date of imprisonment with prison labor for the following reasons: (a) on August 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months from the date of imprisonment with prison labor for the night building theft, etc. at the Busan District Court; (b) on October 13, 2016, the execution of the sentence was completed; and (c) on September 17, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one month from the Busan District Court’s imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court; and (d) on November 13, 2016, the execution of the sentence was completed.
[2] On December 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a church entrance that was not set up at the “J church” located in Busan Metropolitan City at around 14:00 as of the end of the end of 2017; and (b) intruded into the entrance, and stolen the entrance, citing 10 km rice with the total incentive of 20,000 won of the members of the said church.
In addition, from that time until February 2, 2017, the Defendant stolen each victim's collective ownership property at least seven times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

1. On December 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate that was not corrected for the purpose of cutting the musical flag into “LL church located on the second floor, Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul, 2016; and (b) intruded into the place.
2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;
A. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, stolen 50,000 won, which was the ownership of the victim’s above church, at the time and place.
B. The Defendant entered the “N” located in Ulsan Nam-gu M on the same day and 19:00 of the same day and franchising the clothing as if he were to purchase, one code equivalent to the market price of 490,000 won, one page equivalent to the market price of 120,000 won, one Swater equivalent to the market price of 199,000 won, and one 809,000 won, and then sought money from the victim - who is the main owner above.
In this regard, the above clothes were stolen out of the above stores.
