"2018 Highest 246": Defendant A

1. A thief: (a) around 02:40 on January 6, 2018, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property at least five times in total, including, from January 24, 2018, 300,000 won of the victim D’s market price at the O church hall located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. E., the Defendant stolen the victims’ property at the time of the crime scene (1).

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.

2. On January 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim G on the second floor of the OE in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, with the entrance to the safe, and stolen KRW 70,000,000,000, in cash owned by the victim; and (b) invaded the victim G on the second floor of the OE in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; and (c) committed the theft.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

3. On January 6, 2018, at around 02:47, the Defendant attempted to larceny a victim’s property at an OO camera operated by the victim I in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and destroyed the correction device by means of cutting off and shaking the entrance door of the victim’s property, and invaded into the car page, but failed to find stolen property.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to steals the victim's property by destroying the door at night and impairing the structure, but did not commit any attempted crime.

4. On January 12, 2018, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings, when 05:0 on January 12, 2018, into an O church located in the Southern-gu J of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and invaded into the second floor towing room through an open door with intent to steals the property of the victim. However, the Defendant intrudes into the second floor towing room.
